Membership

Membership in the Northwest Service Cooperative is available to schools, cities, counties, other governmental agencies as well as non-profits (501c3) in the Minnesota economic regions 1 & 2.  The member organizations "own" the cooperative and govern it with elected officials from public schools and government agencies.
