When: Friday, October 11th, 2024 | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Registration will start at 8 AM) Cost: Full certification with test $175.00 – Recertification $75 Minimum: 5 participants or class will be canceled Maximum: 20 Deadline to register: Wednesday, September 25th, 2024
Certification Course - Instructor Led Courses
Our Certified Food Manager Course & Exam is for people who need initial certification. This course meets all state requirements for both Minnesota and Wisconsin. The course begins at 8:30am with the exam administered around 3:30pm. Most people are completed with the exam by 5:30pm. There is a 1 hour break for lunch.
For those taking the full certification, a textbook will be sent a couple weeks ahead of the class, please read this book prior to attending the class.
